Who am I

As a strength and conditioning coach, I bring a deeply personal and holistic approach to every client I work with. Originally from New Zealand and shaped by my Dutch and Indonesian roots, I’ve spent the past nine years living in the Netherlands, including the last five building my own coaching practice. I am fully qualified, having graduated with a Personal Training Certificate from the PFCA, and I also hold a pre- and post-natal training qualification.

My training philosophy centers on the powerful mind–body connection within strength work. I help clients not only build physical resilience, but also develop awareness, intention, and technical understanding—transforming the way they move and train. With a background spanning high-intensity training, F45, boxing, dance, and powerlifting, I draw from a wide range of disciplines to create sessions that are precise, engaging, and tailored to the individual.

I pride myself on forging strong personal connections, paying close attention to detail, and guiding each client toward their own version of strength with professionalism, empathy, and a grounded, disciplined approach

Why I coach

I coach to create a safe, supportive space where everyone feels welcome and respected. I want my clients to feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their training experience. For me, coaching goes beyond what happens in the gym; it’s about building a system where you genuinely enjoy coming to train, feel connected, and know you’re supported both inside and outside of sessions. Because I work closely with my clients one to two times per week, it’s important to me to understand you on a personal level, not just professionally. My goal is to help you feel confident and at ease in your body, to educate you in a way that feels empowering, and to shift the focus beyond numbers on a scale toward strength, understanding, and feeling genuinely good in yourself.
