Who am I

I am a strength and conditioning coach with a holistic, client-centered approach, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on the mind–body connection. With over five years running my own coaching practice in the Netherlands and certification through the PFCA, including pre- and postnatal training, I support clients across all stages of life. Drawing from experience in high-intensity training, boxing, dance, and powerlifting, I create individualized programs that emphasize technique, consistency, and long-term strength. As an independent coach, I prioritize genuine personal connection, helping clients feel supported, confident, and empowered in their training.

Why I coach

I coach to create a safe, supportive space where everyone feels welcome and respected. I want my clients to feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their training experience. For me, coaching goes beyond what happens in the gym; it’s about building a system where you genuinely enjoy coming to train, feel connected, and know you’re supported both inside and outside of sessions. Because I work closely with my clients one to two times per week, it’s important to me to understand you on a personal level, not just professionally. My goal is to help you feel confident and at ease in your body, to educate you in a way that feels empowering, and to shift the focus beyond numbers on a scale toward strength, understanding, and feeling genuinely good in yourself.
