If someone who wants to move better, lift with confidence, and truly understand what your body is doing, then I may be the coach for you. I work with clients who want to perfect their technique and build confidence in their all round lifts, focusing on strong foundations, safe movement, and long-term progress.
I’m especially passionate about helping women understand their bodies not just how they move, but how to train in line with their own cycle, so your training supports your energy, hormones, and lifestyle.
I also work closely with pre- and post-natal women, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable while learning that strength training during pregnancy is absolutely possible with the right guidance.
Alongside this, I help clients return to movement after injury, rebuilding strength gradually and safely. For both women and men, education is at the heart of my coaching, because strength training isn’t just about lifting weights it’s about confidence, resilience, and lifelong health.

Just as important as the training itself is the connection we have. I truly believe great results come from trust, communication, and feeling comfortable with your coach, which is why getting along with my clients really matters to me. If you’re interested in 1-1 in-person coaching in Amsterdam, a coffee meet up is mandatory before we begin it’s a chance for us to connect, talk about your goals, and make sure we’re the right fit for each other. If you’re working with me online, we’ll do the same through a Zoom “coffee date. This is important for building a supportive coaching relationship where you feel seen, heard, and confident.
